Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026. For customers in Germany the German version (AGB) prevails.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the "uleso" software (provider: see imprint). uleso is offered exclusively to businesses such as tile and bathroom retailers, interior designers and installers. Any differing terms of the customer do not apply.
2. Service
uleso is browser-based software (software as a service) for designing bathrooms in 3D, preparing quotes and sharing designs with end customers. The exact scope (users, products, uleso Render images per month, storage) depends on the chosen plan.
3. Trial
New customers can try uleso free of charge for 7 days. No payment details are required. If no plan is chosen afterwards, the account is locked; the data is kept for 90 days.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros excluding VAT. Payment is made monthly in advance. Plans with a 12-month term have a lower monthly price than plans without a minimum term. Payment is made by bank transfer against invoice.
5. Term and cancellation
- No minimum term: can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid month.
- 12-month term: the customer may cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the end of the paid month. If it ends before 12 months have passed, the months used are recalculated at the price without minimum term, and the difference to the discounted price already paid is invoiced once. Nothing is charged for the remaining months.
- After 12 months the subscription renews month by month unless cancelled.
- The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
6. Customer obligations
- Keep sign-in details secret and be responsible for actions of your own users.
- Only upload content (photos, logos, 3D files) you have the rights to.
- Comply with data protection law for your customers' data; we provide a data processing agreement.
7. Data and export
The data you create belongs to you and can be exported at any time in the program via "Download my data". See the privacy policy for details.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability. Short interruptions due to maintenance, updates or events beyond our control are possible; planned maintenance is announced where possible.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage and at most to the fees paid in the last 3 months. Dimensions, prices and product details in designs and quotes are the customer's responsibility; 3D views and renderings are visualisations.
10. Changes
We will announce changes to these terms or to prices by email at least 30 days in advance. Price changes apply at the earliest from the next term.
11. Final provisions
Turkish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Çorum (Türkiye), where legally permitted.
